During our initial conversation, BBI will have a brief conversation with you regarding where you are on your project (do you own land, have you picked out a house plan, any special considerations, etc.). We will take into consideration all information provided and provide an estimate within one week.
At our first in person meeting, BBI will discuss with you any changes to the plan, design ideas, and budget considerations. Bring your photo books, samples, and photos and we will collaborate each detail with you. We want your home and the design of your home to reflect your personal style while also being mindful of budgets. BBI can help by offering design alternatives that can save money without compromising the integrity or look and feel of your home.
BBI will meet you at the homesite in order to evaluate grading needs and position the home to ensure that it is placed in a way that it is aesthetically pleasing as well as functional while optimizing views.
We will create a construction agreement as well as a house specification sheet that is specific to each detail presented and agreed upon by the customer and BBI. The house specification sheet spells out each intricate detail of your home and provides a budget that is specific to your wants and needs. If all parties are in agreement, we will sign the contract and the process of building your home begins.
From breaking ground to picking out the interior touches that make your house a home, we try to make the experience as effortless as possible.
